Tumbling Shot blasting machine:

Tumbling drum belt rotary shotblasting equipment:

Shotblasting machine with rubber belt conveyor or steel belt conveyor for tumbling of parts during shotblasting.  Rotary tumblast shotblasting machine with centrifugal projection of shot, having a very high efficiency.  Suitable for shotblasting of medium size pieces in cast-iron, steel, bronze, etc.  Foundation not required.  Available with automatic hydraulic loader

For shotblasting of:

  • Foundry-cast iron, steel
  • Aluminum Forgings
  • Heat Treatments
  • Die Casting

Options:

  • Vibrating Screen
  • Unloading rubber belt
  • Magnetic separator
  • Automatic abrasive replenishing
  • Automatic working programs
  • Speed variation for wheels

Designed to allow high production levels, at particularly low costs, of small and medium-sized items, in intermittent loads; their characteristics include a continuous conveyor belt, in special anti-abrasive rubber or steel plates, for the rotation of the pieces during blasting.

Loading, manual on the smaller models, is automatic via a hydraulic tipping bucket. Can take loads from 60 to over 2,500 Kg.

Installed power at turbines from 4 to 40 kW.  Automatic discharge, with reversal of direction of the conveyor belt.

The  rubber belt conveyor or steel belt conveyor forms a drum in which the castings or parts are rotating and tumbling during shotblasting.  These machines are well suited for descaling, deburring and cleaning.
