Shot Blasting machine with Hook

Hanging rail shotblasting machines:

Shotblasting machines with spinning hooks to hang parts to be blasted. Hooks rotate during the shotblasting process for even blast cleaning of the surface areas. These shot blasting machines can have a single trolley or double trolley (Y) configuration.

Hook type shot blasting machines are good for applications of up to 1 ton part weight.

The items to be treated (castings, welded structures, etc.,) are hung individually or in clusters on the hooks of two overhead trolleys, which are run manually along a monorail.

The Y-shaped conformation of the monorail track makes it possible to carry out loading and unloading of one hook outside the cabin during the shotblasting process of the other hook, rotating inside the cabinet.
